What is the difference between Executive and Private?
Executive focuses on clearly defined administrative and personal assistance tasks. Private provides a more personalized relationship involving ongoing lifestyle, household, and personal coordination, tailored to more complex needs.
Can I try Samyava without purchasing a membership?
Yes. Our introductory project offers up to three hours of assistance on a clearly defined task for $195 CAD, subject to availability and scope confirmation.
What counts toward my monthly hours?
Time spent performing approved research, scheduling, correspondence, coordination, and other agreed tasks counts toward your monthly allowance. Time-tracking details are provided before enrollment.
What if I need more assistance than my membership includes?
Additional work can be discussed and quoted before it is undertaken. Samyava will not perform additional billable work without the client's authorization.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Membership fees cover Samyava's agreed assistance and coordination services. Purchases, service providers, transportation, accommodation, event expenses, and other third-party costs are separate and require client approval.
Can Samyava manage confidential information?
Some services may require access to personal or business information. Any such access must be specifically authorized and handled under the applicable privacy policy and service agreement. Clients should not submit passwords or sensitive financial information through ordinary inquiry forms.
Can Samyava assist with travel?
Samyava may assist with itinerary organization and general coordination. Regulated travel services are handled through appropriately registered providers where required.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Membership changes, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the written service agreement provided before enrollment, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
Does Samyava offer in-person assistance?
Service delivery depends on the nature of the request, location, and agreed membership scope. Any in-person work must be expressly confirmed in advance.
