Privacy Policy

Information collected

Samyava collects only the information you choose to enter into the consultation form: your name, your email address, and your message. You may also choose to provide a phone number, a company or organization, a role, the service areas you are interested in, and a preferred method of contact. Optional fields may be left blank.

The website does not use advertising trackers and does not build visitor profiles. Your inquiry is not collected with location data, device fingerprints or advertising identifiers.

Why information is collected

Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to your request, to consider the support you have asked about, to arrange a private conversation, and to maintain necessary business correspondence relating to that inquiry.

How inquiries are stored

Submitted inquiries are stored in a private database hosted on Supabase, which acts as a technical infrastructure provider for the website's backend. Records are not publicly accessible and are not readable by other website visitors. Access is restricted to Samyava through an administrative interface.

Samyava does not currently send automated confirmation emails. If email notification is introduced in future, this policy will be updated to identify the provider used.

Technical service providers

The website is hosted and served through Lovable, and inquiry records are stored with Supabase as described above. These providers receive only what is necessary to operate the website and maintain inquiry records.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record, or meet applicable legal requirements. A fixed retention period has not yet been established.

Correction or deletion

You may request correction or deletion of inquiry information by contacting hello@samyava.com. A request may be subject to records Samyava is required or reasonably needs to retain.
